8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

77sg Casino reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide requested documentation.
• Duplicate or multiple accounts.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other players or staff.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or other unfair methods.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete. If your account is closed for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from opening a new account in the future.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure by Player
